Here are some of this week’s biggest matchups the way Dave Price sees it. Who would have thought that the Bears would be 1-2 at this point and the Lions would be 2-1? Chicago will look to get back to .500 after a terrible showing against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday Night Football. The Lions will try to improve to 3-1 a week removed from being blown out by the Eagles. The bookmakers are chalking this one up as a nail biter with the 2.5 point line they have set in favor of the Bears.
Will stay in the NFC North this week and take a look at the Packers/Vikings matchup. The Dome has been doom for Favre, but can he conquer the past to get the Pack to a surprising 4-0 this season. Watch and see on Fox.
Of course everyone watches the Monday nighter, but with New England traveling to Cincy, we have extra incentive to watch this week as these offenses should put on a show. The Patriots have blown out everyone this season, but they are yet to face an opponent like Cincy on the road who will test New England’s secondary nearly every play. The bookmakers have made the Patriots 7-point favorites out of the gate.
