Week 4 College Football Predictions & Betting Picks

You know the drill. This week’s NCAA football odds are set so now we can come up with our week 4 college football predictions.

The oddmakers are telling us this week that the non-conference season is a bird of a different feather. Michigan had a tough non-conference year while Penn State cruised. However, the Wolverines are just slim underdogs at home. This is clear proof that the oddsmakers are not completely discounting Michigan yet after its win over Notre Dame.
Louisville has been giving up lots of points but still managing to outscore their opponents. However, the books feel that Louisville’s defense will keep Syracuse under two touchdowns this Saturday. This shows that, in comparison, the oddsmakers feel Louisville defense is better than Syracuse’s offense. I don’t think this says much for either team’s units.
These are just some scenarios to let you know that you can determine what your bookmaker is thinking. Once you determine that, then all you have to do is decide if you feel they are right or wrong. If they are wrong, it’s time to put the hurt on them.
