Denver Broncos 25
Houston Texans 22
The books are unimpressed by Houston’s solid home record. They are more impressed by Denver’s offense coming alive late in the year and therefore are favoring the Broncos here.
Saturday, 12/15/2007
Cincinnati Bengals 26
San Francisco 49ers 16
It’s pretty sad when you are a double digit dog at home to a team with a losing record. Sorry Niners fans.
Sunday, 12/16/2007
Arizona Cardinals 22
New Orleans Saints 26
Oddsmakers are giving the edge to the Saints against a Cards team that has been disappointing on the road.
Atlanta Falcons 12
Tampa Bay Buccaneers 27
The Bucs are 5-1 at home and looking to bounce back.
Baltimore Ravens 21
Miami Dolphins 17
The Ravens are 0-7 in their last 7 games and just 1-5 on the road this year but still favored over winless Miami.
Buffalo Bills 19
Cleveland Browns 24
Cleveland strong home play gives the books confidence that the Browns will overcome a stingy Bills team.
Green Bay Packers 28
St Louis Rams 17
The Pack keep rolling against one of the weaker teams in the NFL.
Jacksonville Jaguars 17
Pittsburgh Steelers 20
Thank God there should be at least one good game this week. The books are giving the edge to the Steelers in this clash of 9-4 teams as they are yet to go down at home this season.
New York Jets 11
New England Patriots 34
Home most generally has meant lopsided wins for the Pats this season. Not even a revenge spot for New York has the oddmakers thinking this one will end up close.
Seattle Seahawks 23
Carolina Panthers 14
The Seahawks have rattled off five straight wins so it comes as no surprise that we are seeing double digit chalk here against the Panthers who have just one home victory this season.
Tennessee Titans 19
Kansas City Chiefs 15
The Chiefs have lost 6 in a row and are just 2-5 at home this season. The Titans are struggling as well, but the books feel they will find a way to win an ugly one just as they have all season long.
Indianapolis Colts 29
Oakland Raiders 16
The books don’t feel the Raiders will be able to bounce back at home after getting wacked by the Pack last week.
Detroit Lions 18
San Diego Chargers 28
Oddsmakers have the Lions still sliding with a date against the red hot Chargers.
Philadelphia Eagles 18
Dallas Cowboys 30
The books feel last week’s near loss to Detroit will have the Cowboys ready to go at home this week.
Washington Redskins 15
New York Giants 21
The Giants have not been fantastic at home, but oddsmakers are not confident in the Skins road play.
Monday, 12/17/2007
Chicago Bears 16
Minnesota Vikings 27
The Vikes ran all over the Bears once, and the oddsmakers feel they will do it again. They are drawing it up to be even worse with the home field advantage this time around.
