Atlanta Falcons 19
St Louis Rams 22
When you have too teams that are this bad, oddsmakers almost always side with the home squad.
Buffalo Bills 15
Washington Redskins 21
This should be one of the lowest scoring games of the week and the books have drawn it up that way. The Skins win at home against a Bills squad which really struggles outside the Buff.
Detroit Lions 21
Minnesota Vikings 25
Not even the dome resurrects the Lions passing attack to where it was early in the season. The Lions keep sliding according to your man.
Houston Texans 19
Tennessee Titans 23
The books have an ugly AFC South matchup calculated here. The Texans having really struggled on the road this season outweighs Tennessee’s recent play according to Vegas.
Jacksonville Jaguars 19
Indianapolis Colts 26
The biggest matchup of the week in the AFC goes to the Colts at home. Jacksonville’s 4-1 road record and run of three straight wins doesn’t stand up in your man’s eyes against a rested Colts team.
New York Jets 19
Miami Dolphins 20
Mark your book’s word, they’re saying the Phins get in the win column.
San Diego Chargers 22
Kansas City Chiefs 15
The Chiefs’ collapse continues as the Chargers build its lead in the West.
Seattle Seahawks 19
Philadelphia Eagles 22
Seattle 2-3 road record does not have the books convinced. They like the Eagles to continue their solid play which was demonstrated against the Pats last week.
San Francisco 49ers 16
Carolina Panthers 19
Carolina has not won at home this season and the 49ers are coming off a big upset win on the road at Arizona, but your man just can’t favor San Fran here. They like the Panthers to finally get it done at home.
Cleveland Browns 26
Arizona Cardinals 25
Cleveland continues to stifle and surprise with its eighth win of the year.
Denver Broncos 23
Oakland Raiders 19
The books simply feel the Broncos are the better team on any field at this point of the season.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers 19
New Orleans Saints 23
The oddsmakers are not sold on the Bucs as a strong road team.
New York Giants 21
Chicago Bears 20
The Bears squeaked one out at home last week, but they don’t think Chicago will be able to do it again.
Cincinnati Bengals 18
Pittsburgh Steelers 26
Pittsburgh is unbeaten at home this season and the books like the run to continue.
Monday, 12/3/2007
New England Patriots 35
Baltimore Ravens 14
The books do not back down after the Eagles’ embarrassed their line set on the Pats last week by setting another 20-plus mark.
